Our Ph.D. Students Mostafa Almasraf and Araz Salimnezhad Join COST Action “CA24141

Mostafa Almasraf, a PhD candidate and Research Assistant, and Araz Salimnezhad, a Ph.D. candidate and teaching assistant, both in the Department of Civil Engineering, have joined the European Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST) Action “CA24141 – Climatic Resilience Initiative for Pavement Infrastructure (CRIPI).” This COST Action addresses the impacts of climate change on pavement infrastructure by promoting sustainable design approaches, innovative materials, advanced monitoring technologies, and resilience-oriented strategies through international knowledge exchange and inclusive cooperation.

Both Almasraf and Salimnezhad are working under the supervision of Prof. Dr. S. Feyza Çinicioğlu. Almasraf serves as a Branding Manager and is an active member of the COST Action “CA22132 – Open Network on DEM Simulations (ON-DEM),” whereas Salimnezhad he is currently working as the Newsletter Manager in the same COST Action.
